WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  1. Once you get in touch, we will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours.This will begin the back and forth communication necessary to get the process started. Once we go over all the details and you are ready to move forward…
  2. We will email you a PayPal Invoice that you can pay securely online with any major credit/debit card. You do not need a PayPal account. Paying this invoice gets you on our embroidery design schedule.
  3. We then provide you with a digital stitch file proof of your design as a patch via email for your review and approval.
  4. Once we receive your approval, your patch order is placed on the production schedule.
  5. Lastly, we ship your order via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

the process from payment to shipment takes approximately 3.5 – 4 weeks.
